Shipping Policies

  • We ship to our distributors and brokers directly from our warehouse in McAllen, Texas. Minimum order is four pallets. Different flavors may be ordered, but it is subject to our confirmation of stock at the warehouse.
  • Orders are shipped only on business days, Monday – Friday from our warehouse in McAllen, Texas.
  • All orders require a street address. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
  • Domestic shipping is available to 48 contiguous states.

  • Prepare an order takes 2-3 business days. Depending on the logistic complexity, some orders may ship within as few as 1 business day and some may take up to 5 business days.
  • We issue a Delivery Order confirming your order, and is sent to the client. The client must send to the driver who will pick up the cargo at the McAllen, TX warehouse. After loaded the cargo, you will receive a shipment confirmation by email.
  • Please check rates and surchargesfor shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.


Return and Exchange Policy 

  • You have 7 days to return your order from the date you receive. To be qualified, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received with the original packaging. If you decide to return your order, please include your order # inside the package and provide us with a tracking # to expedite the return process. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 3-4 business days.
  • If an incorrect item is received, we can offer you an exchange and we will provide a return shipping label. In case of buyer’s remorse, you will be responsible for return shipping. Please be advised we will not be responsible for any lost return packages.
