Our Production Process in Mexico
While our developing and design process is done in the United States, all our production process is done in Mexico, in the central area of Tamaulipas, the largest cluster of aloe vera in the world.
Our business model is built upon a strategic partnership with Grupo Atzavera SPR de RL de CV, a reputable Mexican aloe processing factory located in the small town of Llera, very close to Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
This collaboration ensures that our aloe vera is organically certified, meeting stringent quality standards and promoting sustainable agricultural practices.
Our Agricultural Process
The aloe used in our products is grown by Grupo Atzavera in several fields in the state of Tamaulipas, Mexico, the largest cluster of aloe in the world.
The aloe grown in Tamaulipas is very close to the aloe processing plant. Situated in several fields near the town of Llera, Tamaulipas, Mexico, our farms benefit from the rich, arable soil and optimal climatic conditions, which are ideal for cultivating robust aloe vera plants.
The proximity of our processing facility to the aloe fields ensures that the aloe vera leaves are processed within hours of harvesting, preserving their fresh, natural essence and maximizing their beneficial properties.
Aloe vera farming is developed in five aloe plantations, namely:
- Campo Villa 2 – Campo Villa 5
- Campo Compuertas
- Campo Forlón
- Campo Tortugas
- Campo Portes Gil
Our aloe vera production is performed under sustainable farming practices. We employ eco-friendly methods that ensure the minimal environmental impact, emphasizing a minimal carbon footprint from plantation to processing.
